Starbucks DIY drinks for warm spring and hot summer days:

# 1 Cinnamon Swirl Frappuccino

Do you love cinnamon and need a fancy coffee drink that will accompany you through the summer? Then the Cinnamon Swirl Frappuccino is just right for you!

1 shot of espresso
150 g ice cubes / crushed ice
100 ml milk
30 ml white chocolate syrup
35 ml Cinnamon Dolce syrup
Spray cream

First you have to prepare the espresso and let it cool down to room temperature (you can of course also use hot espresso, but this makes the drink a little more watery). You can learn how to best prepare your espresso here. We recommend using only high-quality coffee, such as our earlybird BIO-ESPRESSO. Then you put the espresso, the ice cubes and the two syrups in a mixer or cocktail shaker. The whole thing should now be mixed well for about 1 minute so that the ice cubes are well crushed. At the end, you fill the drink into a tall glass and, if necessary, sprinkle with whipped cream on top. At the very end you sprinkle some cinnamon over it and you can serve your Cinnamon Swirl Frappuccino or enjoy it yourself ;-).

Our tip: You can also easily prepare the Cinnamon Dolce syrup yourself by boiling 250 ml of water with 200 g of brown sugar and a heaping teaspoon of cinnamon. You should let it simmer for about 5 minutes, then take it off the stove and let it cool down.

# 2 caramel frappuccino

To all coffee lovers who also get weak with caramel: We have the recipe for your Starbucks summer drink ;-)

150 g ice cubes / crushed ice
1 shot of espresso
45 ml caramel syrup
100 ml milk
2 teaspoons of brown sugar
Possibly. Spray cream

Starbucks Frappuccino Recipes: At the beginning you prepare your espresso according to earlybird instructions and let it cool down a bit. Mix well the ice cubes, the caramel syrup and 1 teaspoon milk from the mixer / shaker. The same applies here: If you are not using crushed ice, mix until the ice cubes are finely chopped. Then add the espresso, sugar and milk and let everything continue to mix for 3 minutes. At the end, pour everything into a glass and top with icing if you like. If you want, you can decorate your homemade Starbucks drink with a few squirts of the syrup.

Our recommendation: Instead of buying the caramel syrup in stores, you can easily make it yourself. To do this, melt 200 g sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring every now and then. Quickly stir in 85 g butter until a homogeneous liquid is formed. Take the saucepan off the stove and stir in 120 g of cream, let it cool and fill.

# 4 Caramel Macchiato

Do you want to make popular Starbucks drinks yourself? Then of course the caramel macchiato shouldn't be missing! On cold days, the sweet and delicious coffee creation warms you comfortably from the inside.

And what do you need for that?

1 shot of espresso
250 ml milk
10 ml vanilla syrup
10 ml caramel syrup

As usual, you can first devote yourself to preparing your espresso. Then you put the vanilla and caramel syrup in a large glass. For the macchiato, we recommend a thick-walled glass so that you don't burn yourself on the hot drink. The next step is to heat the milk and froth it up. Then you pour them into the glass with the syrup. You then carefully run the espresso along the edge of the glass so that it settles between the warm milk and the foam layer. You can garnish the milk foam with caramel syrup for a great look. Mhhh .. enjoy it!
Our tip: Here we explain how you can make the best classic latte macchiato.

Nothing beats good coffee ...

In order to guarantee the delicious taste like at Starbucks, the following applies, of course, as always: the fresher the beans, the better the espresso - and the tastier your Starbucks DIY creation will be in the end. At earlybird coffee, we stand for fresh, happy and lovingly roasted coffee beans. If you want, just try them yourself!
