What is counter-financing


The Counter-financing is a term from cameralistics that primarily refers to public budgets.

While companies choose to spend and view them as investments that will result in additional profit or cost savings in the future refinance are expenses for reforms and the like within the budgetary framework through corresponding additional income or reduced expenses for other cost items againstfinance. The alternative would be debt.
