Liza Minnelli turns 75

She is probably one of the last real "Grande Dames" that Hollywood currently offers. Liza Minnelli was also extremely successful as a singer with gold records and chart placements. No award, honor or other distinction went past the Hollywood diva. CBD on the rise

Hemp is a plant with a long tradition. CBD (cannabinoid) is obtained from the female hemp plant, which is becoming more and more popular today, especially because of its pain-relieving, anti-inflammatory, sleep-promoting and stress-reducing properties. CBD, like THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), is part of the hemp plant, but unlike THC, CBD does not have a psychoactive or mind-altering effect. CBD seems to have a positive effect on health, according to studies and experience reports. After the hemp plant and thus CBD have received little attention in the last few decades, the medicinal plant now seems to be on the advance.

That was the 80s

No decade was as diverse and motley as the 80s. What was worn was what they liked, whether sweatpants, jeans or leather trousers. The women mostly wore hairdos à la Kim Wilde. Musically, too, the 80s were anything but monotonous. On the one hand, people danced to Michael Jackson, Tina Turner or Madonna, on the other hand, people shook their heads to Metallica, Slayer or Sodom and played the air guitar. German texts had a boom with the "Neue Deutsche Welle". People demonstrated against nuclear energy and drove cars that consumed more than 10 liters. The high point at the end of the decade was certainly the reunification of the two German states.

That was the 1970s

Funny wallpapers, colorful fashion and long hairstyles, with platform shoes to the disco, or with cowboy boots to a rock concert. Sleek speedsters like the Ford Capri or the Opel GT. Small city bikes like the Fantic Diablo, Honda Monkey or Moto Bonanza from the Neckermann catalog, ridden without a helmet, of course. Starsky & Hutch, Kojak or The Streets of San Francisco, mostly on the black and white television, which may have an Atari console attached to it. Music boxes and pinball machines in every pub. Initially without a seat belt, a blood alcohol limit of 1.3 per mille and no speed limit outside of town. So free travel for free citizens. That was the 1970s.
