The following general terms and conditions apply to all purchases of goods in the Eva Solo A / S webshop at www.evasolo.com. All information (including these general terms and conditions) on the homepage and in connection with the placing of orders are in German and the purchase contract is concluded in German.
The customer agrees to these general terms and conditions by placing the order. The general terms and conditions can be viewed at any time in the Eva Solo webshop. Please read them carefully. The webshop at www.evasolo.com is Eva Solo's online ordering, purchasing and information service. You can order goods there around the clock. We hope you like it in our webshop!

We process orders Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Orders received outside of these times will be processed on the following working day.
Eva Solo A / S is subject to Danish data protection laws. All personal data are treated in accordance with the legal regulations. Eva Solo A / S is liable according to these laws for the protection of the data registered on http://www.evasolo.com about customers and visitors. By purchasing on evasolo.com, you agree to our data protection guidelines.

The sales contract between you and Eva Solo is concluded when Eva Solo has confirmed the order. If Eva Solo is unable to fulfill your order, e.g. due to a sale of goods, we will contact you as soon as possible by email. You bear the responsibility and the risk that the entered customer data is correct, as Eva Solo does not check or control this data.
Prices and payment
The prices listed on the Eva Solo A / S homepage on the day of the order apply. All prices are in EUR and include Danish VAT of currently 25%. We reserve the right to change prices with immediate effect. Shipping costs are not included. For every order of goods that is placed via the homepage, an amount is added to cover the shipping costs. The shipping costs can be found in the order overview as well as in the order confirmation sent. There are no shipping costs for orders of more than 80 EUR. Eva Solo A / S accepts payments with Dankort / VISA-Dankort / MasterCard. Payment will only be withdrawn from your account when we ship the goods.
Eva Solo A / S encrypts your account details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that no unauthorized person can read your card number or other data during the transaction with PBS. Please note that the page on which you enter your account data looks different from the rest of the webshop - this is due to PBS requirements that the page should be secure and the data should be encrypted.
Eva Solo A / S takes care of the delivery to the delivery address given by the customer.
We deliver the goods 2-6 working days after submitting your order. Because Eva Solo A / S cannot guarantee the delivery conditions on site, Eva Solo A / S cannot state with certainty when the goods will be delivered to the customer's address. If the desired goods are not in stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you with information on how to proceed. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase if the performance is delayed in relation to the purchase contract.
We deliver to Denmark, the Faroe Islands, Greenland and the EU. and to Norway. The delivery costs are shown in the order confirmation and are to be borne by the buyer.
For delivery to countries outside the EU, the customer pays customs duties or VAT or other taxes that arise when products are imported into the country of delivery. Unless otherwise stated, the customer is solely responsible for completing the associated formalities. The customer is solely responsible for checking whether the products ordered can be imported in accordance with the national law of the country of delivery.
Right of withdrawal
You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days, calculated from the date of receipt of your order. If you want to withdraw from a purchase, you only need to return the goods in an essentially comparable condition and in the same quantity, including the packaging in which you received them. Since the packaging makes up a substantial part of the value of the goods, the goods cannot be regarded as "returned in an essentially comparable condition" if the packaging is not included. The customer bears the risk that the returned goods are adequately packaged. We therefore ask you to keep the packaging until you are sure that you want to keep the goods.
If, in the event that the package is lost, you have not sent it as a value package, you are responsible for the shipment. When the returned goods have been received and checked, the purchase price (including shipping and postage) will be refunded to your account. The amount will be refunded after Eva Solo A / S has received the goods back and given the opportunity to check the goods, which generally takes place no later than 30 days after receipt of the goods. Please note that the costs for the return are to be borne by the customer and will not be reimbursed. You can find practical information under "Complaints and return of goods".

Please send goods that you would like to return to the same address. Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery items. The return can also be made by refusing to accept the goods or not picking up the goods at the post office. Please fill out a return form to return the goods. If necessary, send this form to Eva Solo A / S within 14 days of receiving the goods.
You will promote quick and correct dispatch if you enclose a copy of the attached order confirmation / invoice on which you wish to be reimbursed, as well as copies of any correspondence relating to the matter in question. Some form of identification is required so that we can determine who the package came from and where the money is to be reimbursed to.
Eva Solo A / S expects you to return the goods as soon as possible after the withdrawal, but no later than 14 days after the date of withdrawal from your purchase.
Under certain conditions a partial or total loss of value of the goods occurs. The goods lose their value if:
- You have already used the goods.
- the goods were damaged when they were in your area of responsibility.
- You have treated the goods in a way other than that which would have been necessary to check the properties and functioning of the goods.
Complaints in the event of errors or defects
Your purchase is subject to the Danish Sales Act (Dansk købelov) and its defect regulations. Depending on the respective situation, you can have defective goods repaired, exchanged, refunded or obtain a reduction in the purchase price.
The prerequisite is, of course, that the complaint is justified and that the error did not arise as a result of improper use of the product or any other behavior that could cause damage.
You must get in touch with us in a “reasonable time”
After the detection of defects, the complaint about the goods must be made in an "appropriate time". We recommend complaining about the goods as soon as possible and within two months of discovering the defect.

When returning goods, we ask you to describe the reason for the return in as much detail as possible. Please use our complaint form for this. You are not obliged to do so, but it makes processing in-house easier and minimizes the general processing time for the complaint.
If the complaint is justified, you will be reimbursed reasonable shipping costs.
If the complaint is justified, reasonable shipping costs will of course be reimbursed. Otherwise you bear all costs for the transport, including our shipping costs for the return of the goods after the inspection. In addition, we can bill you for an amount of up to [indsæt beløb] euros for the exam.
When shipping, make sure that the packaging is sturdy and intact and have a shipping receipt handed over to you. You are responsible for the package / goods until we receive your shipment. You should therefore keep your shipping receipt with details of the shipping costs and any tracking number.
Please note! We do not accept cash on delivery or similar items
In the case of an agreed decor and for returned or prepaid goods that are canceled before shipping, the purchase price will be fully or partially refunded. Refunds are usually always made by bank transfer. Eva Solo A / S needs information about the order number, your account number, swift number and IBAN number. This information is not sensitive and can be sent by email or some other traditional form of transmission.
